The Central Operational Unit focused its attention on an alleged network of interests between senior management of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and the construction company Gruconsa. In the center of this plot would be Luis Rubiales, who would be the main person responsible for giving the company the “OK” and then receiving bribes through nominees.

Angel González Segurathe brother of the one who was director of legal services of the RFEF, owned a company which, coincidentally, began to collaborate closely from the day Rubiales took over the leadership of the Federation.

This company paid directly to another company, Dismatecwhich is managed by the former footballer baby and according to which the newspaper ‘El Mundo’ claims that Rubiales received payments on a monthly basis.

An example that ‘El Español’ reveals is that after the work of the Cartuja Stadium, the construction company won several contracts worth 900,000 euros. This is the company Nene ran and paid Rubiales, he received a commission which was soon diverted to another account.

Furthermore, in this UCO report and as revealed by other media, two companies were recently created under the same name in order to be able to transfer money.

One of them would be located at Dominican Republic with Nene in front; The other would be led by Nene’s wife, but its headquarters is located at the current address of Rubiales in Granada.
