Precisely, the latter are the protagonists of this recipe, which appears in the American chef’s cookbook. Christine Tosi“All about cookies” (Planeta Gastro, 2024), which is a compilation of the best-selling creations in its iconic confectionery “Milk bar“, which opened in the East Village of new York In 2008.

Specifically, its pages show step-by-step instructions for creating certain cookie cups with ice cream.

Ingredients

To make this recipe you need:

  • 6 soft biscuits
  • 450 g of your favorite ice cream
  • 90 g of filling: can be peanut butter, chocolate sauce, jam, among others

Elaboration

  • Butter six spaces in a muffin tin
  • Place a cookie in each space and press it all the way down.
  • Cover the cookies with a scoop of ice cream and flatten it until it covers the entire mold using a spoon moistened with water, as this makes it easier to handle the ice cream. Create a well in each mound of ice cream and fill it with a generous dollop of your chosen topping.
  • Place the glasses in the freezer to harden and take them out when you are ready to consume them.
