Esselunga is looking for personnel and has organized a working day in Milan for the selection. The event will take place on April 17 and 18. Esselunga’s objective is to include in the company around 300 people occupying different positions, domiciled between Milan and the province.

During the two days dedicated to the selection, candidates will have the opportunity to discover the company and meet recruiters from the group’s Talent Acquisition Center. Many positions are open within Esselunga: student managers, salespeople, cashiers, gastronomy specialists, fishmongers, butchers, bakers, sommeliers, surveillance agents and pharmacists in the parapharmacy network.

For eCommerce, the group is looking for specialists in the fresh produce departments such as bakers, charcutiers and butchers who will be responsible for preparing the shopping carried out by online customers. Concerning the Atlantic catering network, Esselunga is looking for responsible students and bartenders. The company is also looking for staff for the Eb Beauty Store points of sale, the group’s perfumeries. Responsible students, sales consultants, hairdressers and beauticians will be placed here.
Also space in the Pioltello factory where Esselunga produces some of its own brand foods. Pastry chefs, gastronomic production workers, industrial and automation plant electricians and industrial and automation plant electromechanics. In the Pioltello factory there is also a center dedicated to distribution for which the company is looking for quality control and logistics agents for fruit and vegetables. Finally, various positions are open in the areas of sales, HR, marketing and administration, finance and control.
